I am the Product Manager for Fuse and Forge at Agency Revolution - we create independent insurance agency websites and an insurance marketing automation tool.

I'm deeply committed to ensuring that our products not only align with the aspirations of our leadership but also resonate with the needs of our clients. For me, it's not just about fulfilling requests; it's about crafting experiences that truly matter in the insurance industry.

My journey began as a web designer, but I quickly realized the importance of being involved in the strategic aspects of web design, product development, and team building to drive meaningful outcomes. This realization led me to my current role, where I have the privilege of leading a talented team of product owners.

I strive to make a difference in the insurance industry. Every product decision I make is about pushing the envelope and giving our clients the best business solution for their independent agency.

I have grown to love being a leader and helping my team thrive at work. I enjoy the process of solving workload challenges, figuring out time management strategies, putting out fires, and creating a psychologically safe working environment. When my team can work to the best of their abilities, I can as well.

I am often said to have a dry sense of humor with a hint of sarcasm. Outside of work you’ll see me going on long walks, making sourdough bread, and taking my weekly ceramics class. I love listening to podcasts such as: Awesome Etiquette, Design Better Podcast, Super Soul Sunday, and Revisionist History. I have a passion for accessibility (in person and online) - I am always looking for different ways to strengthen my knowledge in this area. Real Simple Magazine is the best magazine to take to the beach. I have my mother’s Philadelphia accent; I wear it proudly.
