Objectives
During my time at Forge3 as a Lead Visual Design and (previously) Visual Designer, I have created 230+ websites for clients in the insurance industry. To create the websites, I am given the content and a general idea of what the client is looking for. My role is to create the a responsive web design based on the goals the client provides. Each of the 230+ websites I have built take between 7-9 hours to create and must be completed same day.
When I make a website for a client, I start with doing research on who they are as a business and what they value. I identify how they serve their clients (insurance buyers), examine their social media presence, and the vibe of the agency. Doing a little bit of up-front research saves a lot of time when a client comes back with potential revisions. During the build process, I add in logical user-focused touch points to make a positive user experience with all my websites. For example, if a client’s previous website has a focus around calling the agency for a quote, it is important to translate that goal onto their new ActiveAgency website.
